Mythic Spark and Blueprint Scraps
Mythic Spark is rare loot from mythic and timed keys: how much drops and what it is for. Blueprint Scraps are a safety net if you are unlucky.

Mythic Spark
The Mythic Spark is a rare material that only comes from mythic content. The most valuable things need it: 245 crafted gear, meta gems and legendary gems.
Where it drops

From keys — no more than 3 Sparks per week (the week starts on Monday at 03:00 Moscow time). Raid bosses have no separate cap: each boss already has a weekly lockout.

Sparks can be traded and sold on the auction house. They can never be bought for real money — not in bundles, not in cases: every Spark was brought back from mythic by someone.
Blueprint Scraps — the safety net
245 item scrolls and cutting blueprints are rare drops. So that an unlucky player is never left with nothing, there are Blueprint Scraps:
- Every 10th mythic boss that gave you neither a scroll nor a blueprint gives a Scrap for sure. The count never resets — it carries over from week to week.
- 5 Scraps — at the Crafters' Guild pick any one: a 245 item scroll, an epic cutting blueprint, a meta gem blueprint or a legendary cutting blueprint.
This way a regular mythic player is guaranteed the blueprint they need in about 10 weeks, even with no luck at all. With luck — much sooner. Scraps can be traded too.
