1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the online game "Zarhold", available at zarhold.com, including its subdomains and API (the "Game"), provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Game — including creating an account, signing in, playing, paying for digital goods, or accessing its materials — the User confirms having fully read these Terms and accepts them in their entirety.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the Terms, the User must stop using the Game.
2.1. The Game provides access to an entertainment interactive service — a browser-based multiplayer card role-playing game — as well as to intangible digital goods and services, including but not limited to: the premium track of the Battle Pass, in-game levels, cosmetic and other virtual items and values.
2.2. All virtual items, currency, characters, and other in-game values (the "Virtual Values"):
2.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that the value of the Game lies in the gameplay, progression, maintenance, support, and updates — not in individual virtual items.
2.4. The account belongs to the User as a right of access and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged without the Administration's consent.
3.1. The Game is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
3.2. The Administration does not warrant:
3.3. The Administration is not liable for:
3.4. All decisions related to using the Game and purchasing digital goods are made by the User independently and at the User's own risk.
4.1. The Game is not intended to encourage, organise, or facilitate unlawful activity.
4.2. The User undertakes to use the Game strictly within applicable law and undertakes not to engage in:
4.3. Responsibility for the lawful use of the Game rests entirely with the User.
5.1. All materials of the Game — program code, images, texts, music, sounds, names, and game mechanics — are protected by intellectual-property law.
5.2. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, transferring to third parties, or otherwise using the Game's materials without the rights holder's permission.
5.3. Infringement of intellectual-property rights may result in restriction of access to the Game without compensation.
6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User's access to the Game (including blocking the account) in the event of:
6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from previously incurred obligations and does not create an obligation to compensate for Virtual Values.
6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create elevated risks for the Game, payment providers, or third parties.
7.1. Digital goods are paid for on the conditions stated in the Game before payment. Payments are processed by a payment provider; the Administration does not receive or store payment-card data.
7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, refunds are not provided once access has been granted (the goods have been credited to the account), except in the cases listed below.
7.3. A refund is possible only if:
7.4. To have a refund considered, the User must contact support (Section 10) within 24 hours of the payment.
7.5. Refund decisions are made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.
7.6. The User confirms the undertaking not to initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Game's support.
7.7. In-game purchases are available to persons aged 18 and over, or are made with the consent of legal representatives.
8.1. The collection and processing of the User's data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information.
9.1. The Administration may amend these Terms.
9.2. The current version of the Terms is published on this page.
9.3. Continued use of the Game constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms.
10.1. For any questions, the User may contact the Administration by e-mail at support@zarhold.com or via in-game support.
11.0. Sections 11 and 12 are in the revision of 15 October 2026. They apply only to the personal account and the shop of the ru.zarhold.com and zarhold.com websites.
11.1. Coins are conventional units recorded in the User's personal account on the website and intended solely for activating additional functionality of the Game — obtaining digital goods in the website shop. Coins are not money, electronic money or a means of payment, are not exchangeable for money and bear no interest. One coin corresponds to one Russian ruble of an item's price in the website shop. The right to use coins is granted to the User at the moment they are credited to the personal account.
11.2. Coins are available only in the personal account and the website shop. Coins are not provided or displayed in any build of the Game, including builds on third-party platforms.
11.3. Purchased coins are credited after a top-up is paid through the payment provider. The minimum top-up is 100 rubles. The maximum amount of a single payment is set by the payment provider depending on the payment method.
11.4. Gift (bonus) coins are provided free of charge: as a top-up bonus on the terms shown in the personal account at the time of the top-up, as a reward for personal-account challenges, and by decision of the Administration. Gift coins are not refundable or exchangeable, are cancelled upon a refund of the paid part, and expire if the User has not signed in to their account (the Game or the personal account) for 12 consecutive months. At least 30 days before they expire, the Administration warns the User with a notification in the personal account and an email to the account address, if one is set. The bonus for a top-up that is later refunded or disputed is cancelled.
11.5. Order of charging: when paying for an item, coins are charged top-up by top-up, starting with the earliest; within one top-up, purchased and gift coins are charged in proportion to their balances. Gift coins are not used to pay for packs containing in-game gold.
11.6. Unspent purchased coins are refunded upon the User's request submitted in the personal account within 10 days of the request — only to the original payment method, at their purchase price minus the costs actually incurred: the payment provider's fee for the respective top-up and the cancellation charge, if any. Refunds to other details are not made. While the request is under review, the use of coins is suspended; the User may withdraw the request before the decision. Coins spent on items received are not refundable, except as provided for in Section 7.
11.7. Coins cannot be transferred to another User, withdrawn or exchanged. The User may pay with coins for an item gifted to another User. In-game gold acquired with coins from a top-up made less than 72 hours ago cannot be transferred to another User until that period expires.
11.8. If a top-up payment is disputed (chargeback) or reversed by the bank, the Administration writes off the respective purchased and gift coins, including into a negative balance, revokes the digital goods, rewards and looks obtained with those coins (purchases made with coins, Patron Path and personal-account challenge rewards, Shop looks), and may suspend the use of coins until the matter is settled. If what was obtained cannot be revoked (for example, in-game gold has already been spent), the User's debt remains until it is repaid.
11.9. If access to the account is restricted (Section 6), the unspent balance of purchased coins is refunded upon the User's request under clause 11.6; gift coins are cancelled.
11.10. The User may set a voluntary monthly top-up limit in the personal account and turn on auto-renewal of "Patron for a month" paid with coins; auto-renewal can be turned off at any time, and no payment card data is stored for it. 3 days before an auto-renewal, the Administration warns the User with a notification in the personal account and an email to the account address, if one is set.
11.11. Claims regarding coins are sent to the seller at the address given in Section 12.
11.12. A minor User may top up the account only with the consent of their legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents, guardians).
11.13. The Administration publishes a new revision of Sections 11 and 12 on the website and announces it in the website news at least 10 days before it takes effect. Changes do not reduce the number of purchased coins already credited and do not change their correspondence to one rouble of the shop price set out in clause 11.1.
12.1. Seller of the digital goods in the website shop and of the account coins: Individual Entrepreneur Stanislav Leonidovich Kruglov.
12.2. Country of registration: Republic of Kazakhstan.
12.3. IIN/BIN: 920203350537.
12.4. Registered address: Amre Kashaubaev St. 24-20, Ust-Kamenogorsk (Oskemen), Republic of Kazakhstan.
12.5. Email for claims and inquiries: support@zarhold.com.
