Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. By registering in the online game "Zarhold" (zarhold.com, including its subdomains and API; the "Game"), signing in to the account, and using the Game, the User freely, of their own will, and in their own interest gives the Game's administration (the "Operator") consent to the processing of their personal data under the conditions of this Consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy.

2. Consent is given to the processing of the following data:

• e-mail address and login;
• internal account identifier and in-game character names;
• technical information (IP address, data about the browser, device, and operating system);
• game progress and history of interactions with the Game;
• information about completed purchases of digital goods (without payment-card data).

3. Consent is given to the following actions with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, anonymisation, blocking, and deletion — using automated means.

4. Purposes of processing:

• registration and identification of the User, operation of the account;
• providing game functionality and saving game progress;
• processing and accounting for payments for digital goods;
• communication with the User (notifications, support, access recovery);
• ensuring fair play (countering fraud and rule violations);
• analysing and improving the Game.

5. The User agrees that when payments are processed, the payment provider receives only the information necessary to process the payment. Otherwise, data is not transferred to third parties except in cases established by law.

6. This Consent is valid for the lifetime of the User's account and for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.

7. This Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Operator at support@zarhold.com or via in-game support. Withdrawal of consent entails deletion of the account, since the account cannot operate without processing the data listed above.
