Guild bank: gold and items

How the guild bank works: gold with a daily limit per rank, an item bank of 5 tabs with 100 slots each, tab prices and who can take how much.

A guild has two banks: gold and items. Any member can put things in, but only ranks with permission can take from them, and only up to a daily limit.

Gold bank

  • Any guild member can deposit gold.
  • Withdrawing requires the rank's right to withdraw gold and stays within the rank's daily limit. The day is rolling: the last 24 hours count.
  • In a new guild only the leader withdraws without a limit; every other rank has a limit of 0 until the leader sets one.
  • Every deposit and withdrawal appears in the bank log.

Item bank

  • 5 tabs of 100 slots. Every guild gets the first one free.
  • Tabs 2–5 are bought by the leader, in order, with gold from the guild bank:
TabPrice
1stfree
2nd1,000 gold
3rd5,000 gold
4th10,000 gold
5th50,000 gold
  • You can deposit an item from your bag or a stack from your pouch — whole or partial. One slot holds up to 100,000 pieces.
  • You can't deposit anything that can't be sent by mail or traded: personal, heirloom and unique items, quest items, "self only" items.

Who can take how much

Ranks with the "take items" right can withdraw within a daily limit counted in pieces: an item counts as one, a stack as however many you take.

RankDefault limit
Guild Masterno limit
Officer200 pieces a day
Veteran50 pieces a day
Fighter, Recruitcan't take

The leader changes each rank's gold and item rights and limits in the bank's rank permissions.

If the guild is disbanded

Everything from the item bank and all the bank's gold goes to the leader by mail that never expires — nothing is lost. More about guilds in Guilds.

FAQ

Why can't I withdraw gold although I have the right?

Most likely your rank's daily limit is 0 — in a new guild that is the case for everyone except the leader. Ask the leader to set a limit.

Can I deposit materials from my pouch?

Yes, as a stack, unless it is a personal item — see Pouch.
