Storage and the Hero Bank
The Storage window: Bag, Hero Bank, Pouch and Shared Chest. The bank has 50 slots and 10 bag slots — what goes in and how to move items around.
Storage is a bottom-menu button and the B key. It’s one window with four tabs: Bag · Hero Bank · Pouch · Shared Chest. The B key opens it on the Bag tab.
| Tab | What it holds | Whose | Space |
|---|---|---|---|

More on each: Bags, Pouch, Shared Chest.
Hero Bank
- Every hero has their own bank: 50 slots free from the start.
- 10 bag slots: put any bag into an open slot and the bank grows by its slots.
- Bag slots open in order. The first five cost gold: 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000 gold. The sixth to tenth are an expansion that isn’t available in every version of the game.
- You can take a bag out of its slot only when its slots are empty.
What can go in
Anything from your bag — including personal, heirloom and turquoise items: only this hero sees the bank. Not allowed: quest items (they have their own tab on the Character sheet), equipped items and items on the auction.
Pouch stacks go in too: a bank slot holds one stack of up to 20, and a stack that isn’t full is topped up without a new slot. Stacks only go back to the Pouch — as much as fits, the rest waits in the bank. Pouch items never go into the regular bag.
Sell and list straight from the bank
From the bank you can sell any item, stack or all junk to the merchant and list an item or stack on the auction. A cancelled lot comes back to your bag or Pouch.
Moving items
- Drag an item onto a slot or another tab: with the mouse on a computer, or hold your finger for about a third of a second on a phone. On an empty slot the item lands there; on a taken one the two items swap.
- Or tap the item and pick an action: “To Hero Bank”, “To Shared Chest”, “Take to bag”…
- The bank tab has a “Bag · Pouch” switch on the right, so you can see where you’re taking from.
Every item keeps its own slot, and new items go into the first free one. The “⇅ Arrange” button sorts everything by the chosen order in one go — identical items and stacks together, no empty slots between them. It’s in the Bag, the Pouch and on the right-hand panels of the bank and the chest.
Filter and marks
- Above the Bag items there’s a type filter: Weapons, Armor, Accessories and jewellery, Other. “Filter ▾” adds slot, quality, “Can equip now” and “Better than equipped”. “Find…” searches by name.
- “⇅” sets the order: default, by quality, by item level, by slot, by merchant price, newest first.
- Item icons show enchant marks (green ✦) and sharpening marks (amber ⚒), and a ▲ or ▼ arrow — better or worse than what you wear.
FAQ
Is the Hero Bank shared by all my heroes?
No, every hero has their own. The Shared Chest is the one for your whole account.
How do I give an item from the bank to another of my heroes?
Through the Shared Chest — if the item isn’t personal. Personal items stay with their hero: Personal items.
