Hero Chambers — your own room, trophies and visitors
Your hero’s own room: six styles, trophies from your deeds, free furnishings, Rearrange and visits. No combat power.
What it is
Hero Chambers are your hero’s own room, showing what they have achieved: medallions of slain bosses, arena cups, their weapons and crafts, mount, portrait and guild crest — all taken from the hero’s records automatically. The Chambers give no power and do not affect combat.
To open: Great Hall → Hero Chambers, or the round button on the hero sheet portrait.
Room style
Six styles, each its own painting:
- Simple Chambers and Lakeside Loft are free for every hero.
- Royal Apartments, Hall of the Mountain King, Stargazer’s Tower and Highland Lodge are elite styles, bought once — forever, for every hero on the account.
The Lakeside Loft and the elite styles have a living background: hearth fire, candles, windows (lake, clouds, snow) and lava. In these rooms the hearth and the mount alcove are part of the room. On a weak device, with data saver or the system “Reduce motion” setting, the room stays calm without the living background.
The furniture is dressed to match the style: in the Royal Apartments the bookcase, relic display and trophy board are marble and gold, in the Hall of the Mountain King — granite and bronze, in the Highland Lodge — wood and fur.
Furnishings
Free for every hero (in place from the first visit):
- Fireside Armchair — the host’s seat, and a guest’s when friends visit;
- Weapon Rack — what your hero wields and their legendary weapons (up to five);
- Craftsman’s Shelf — tools of the crafts your hero knows;
- Season Pennants — the best three arena seasons where your hero made the top hundred;
- Armor Mannequin — the chestpiece your hero wears right now (cloth, leather, mail or plate), glowing in its rarity colour; the mannequin’s little shelf shows the helm, shoulders and weapon your hero wears. Take it off — and it comes off here too;
- Window Flowers and a Songbird Cage — on the window sills of rooms with windows (the Hall of the Mountain King has none); a decoration, not a companion;
- Companion’s Corner — a bed for a future companion.
“Chamber Furnishings” sets: Quarter Tapestries — four tapestries; Trophy Wall — a board with medallions of slain bosses and cups on the mantel; Cartographer’s Study — a desk with a globe (with a map of a land your hero has discovered or five favourite cards fanned out — your choice) and a chest of finds (it fills up with your hero’s gold and finds, four tiers); Mount Stable — your mount from the Stable in a stall or in the room alcove, with a saddle and bridle on the alcove wall.
Also one by one: a bookcase with recipe scrolls, a relic display, a chandelier and candelabra, a hero portrait, a guild banner, a rug and a fireplace (the fireplace is for the Simple Chambers: the other styles have one built in).
What you don’t own you can try on: the style or piece appears in the room, but you can’t save the room until it is bought. Whatever you buy or are granted appears on its own.
Rearrange
The Rearrange button: pick up a piece and carry it to a highlighted spot. Each style has its own spots: wall pieces only go on walls, floor pieces only on the floor, the chandelier on its hook. The closer the spot, the larger the piece. On a taken spot the two pieces swap. On a phone you can tap: tap a piece, then a spot. There are Undo, As saved and Default; the layout is remembered for each style separately.
Visiting
Visit — friends and guildmates from the list, or any hero by name: you see their room the way its host arranged it. Visitors touch nothing — but you can Honor the host’s Chambers (once a day). The host sees “Honored: N” and learns who came by.
