Mythic raids and world bosses
Mythic raids and world bosses: a live party of 5 only, enemies stronger than heroic, 245 epics, Tier 1.2 regalia, loot from each boss once a week.
Mythic is the third difficulty of raids and world bosses, above heroic. All 6 raids (33 bosses) and all 3 world boss places (6 bosses) have it. In Molten Core Mythic goes by wings, like heroic.
Who can go
- A live party of 5 players only. There are no world residents in Mythic — neither on entry nor as a replacement for someone who leaves.
- The server runs Mythic fights. You enter with “Enter as a group” once the party has five live players: everyone sees Mythic in the “Ready” window before answering.
- Short of people? Use “Post a call in chat” on the place screen or the “Mythic” tab in the “Post a call” window.
- The same on Steam.
What changes
- Every enemy gets Mythic Might — heroic plus a Mythic bonus on top: damage and Health are higher than in heroic. Each boss has its own might — it’s shown on the mode screen, in “How to beat” and in the battle log.
- Damage caps and the heal window are as in heroic: nobody at full Health falls to one hit, and after a heavy turn the healer gets a turn to catch up.
- The whole-party hit is the same as in heroic.
Reward
- Personal loot: every live player gets one epic item for their own class with a 35% chance from each boss (from that boss's set), no rolling; no luck — nothing. Item Level 245 (heroic — 232, normal — 226).
- Tier 1.2 regalia (item level 245) — 0.6× the heroic chance: 7.2% per raid boss, 12% from the final boss, 9% from a world boss — one per party, rolled among live players; in a party of five each player gets a fifth on average.
- Guarantee: after 30 Mythic boss kills without a Tier 1.2 regalia the next one is yours for sure (from the nearest boss that drops a slot you still need). Each hero has their own count, kept by the server; get a regalia — the count starts over.
- No Forge Shards per boss in Mythic — only for duplicates (reforging a spare regalia gives 20 shards).
- How long it takes (a model with the same roll): a party that clears all 39 Mythic bosses every week completes a hero's Tier 1.2 in about 7 weeks; half the bosses — about 13 weeks.
- Tier 1 and Tier 1.2 are one set: the 2/4/6/8 bonuses count them together. A Tier 1 piece cannot be upgraded to 1.2 — Tier 1.2 comes from Mythic only. More in Tier 1 — Regalia and the Forge.
- Legendaries drop at the same chance as in heroic. Scrolls and materials — as usual.
Loot — once a week
Mythic loot comes from each boss once a week: it resets on Monday at 03:00 MSK. Normal and heroic — once a day, and all three modes are counted separately: kill a boss in heroic and in Mythic it still has loot for you. On a Mythic boss you already looted this week you help: no items, regalia, experience or money from it.
Recommended item level
The Mythic screen says: “Recommended item level 240+ · your live party N”. It’s only advice — it doesn’t change enemy strength.
FAQ
Can four players or a resident go to Mythic?
No. Mythic is for a full party of five live players only; there are no residents in it at all.
Why Mythic over heroic?
245 epics instead of 232 and Tier 1.2 regalia (245) — the best items of the season after legendaries. The price is stronger enemies and a weekly lockout.
