Zarhold’s community rules updated: chat, moderators and penalties
One set of rules for every chat and a clear penalty table: what a moderator can mute you for, and for how long. Please read — it concerns everyone.

We have updated the community rules and gathered them in one place — for every in-game chat and the Companion — plus a clear penalty table, so every moderator acts the same way.
◆ Chats: be respectful; no swearing (even disguised), harassment, threats, spam, caps, advertising, scams, impersonating the Game Master or moderators, other people’s personal data, politics or 18+ content. Trade belongs in Trade. Other languages are welcome in World — the game has a translator. Hero and guild names must not imitate the Game Master, moderators or the administration.
◆ Game: one person — one account in battle; no bots, auto-clickers, multi-window play in arena and battlegrounds, exploiting bugs, match fixing, or real-money trading.
◆ Moderators (“⚖ MOD” / “⚖ Warden”) can warn, delete a message, mute in public chats by the penalty table (up to 24 hours) and pass a case to the Game Master. Only the Game Master can ban. Moderators never see your private messages, purchases or mail.
◆ Penalties (first / repeat within 7 days / systematic): spam 30 min–3 h; swearing warning–1 h–6 h; insults 1 h–6 h–24 h; advertising 3 h–24 h; politics/18+ warning–3 h–24 h; harassment, threats, personal data, scams, impersonation — 24 h at once and the Game Master decides on a ban.
◆ Treated unfairly? Use “More” → “Need help” in the game or support@zarhold.com. The Game Master sees and can reverse every moderator action.
