The participants’ vote is over — Saturday wins. Zarhold’s First Tournament starts on Saturday, October 31, at exactly 16:00 Moscow time (UTC+3).
— When and how to join —
Start — 16:00 Moscow time, Saturday, Oct 31. Log in early: ideally 30 minutes before, at the latest 15 minutes before the start. Stay online and ready: the Game Master will invite you to a party for your match — accept right away.
No-show: we wait no longer than 5 minutes. If you don’t show up or don’t accept the invite within 5 minutes, you lose the match and your opponent advances.
— Format —
16 players, level 60, one-on-one duels. Two brackets: lose in the upper bracket and you drop to the lower one; lose in the lower bracket and you are out.
Upper bracket — first to 3 wins (Bo5). Lower bracket — first to 2 wins (Bo3). Final — first to 3 wins (Bo5), and the finalist from the UPPER bracket starts 1:0.
— How a match goes —
The Game Master sets the pairs, invites both opponents to a party and starts the fight. The Game Master records every result; match results are announced in World chat, and every fight is saved in the Battle Chronicles.
One person — one hero: you play the hero you entered with; a second hero of the same account cannot take part.
— Bracket —
The bracket will be formed today and will appear right in this news post and on the tournament page. It updates by itself during the tournament: who advanced, the score of every match, who is playing now.
— Rewards —
1st place — 5,000 coins, the Champion’s Crown frame and the title “Champion of the First Tournament”.
2nd place — 3,000 coins, the Tournament Silver frame and the title “2nd Place of the First PvP Tournament”.
