Your items are safe

Quest and battle pass rewards are now recorded on the server the very second you receive them. — WHAT HAPPENED — For a while, some rewards lived only in the browser and could disappear after a reload if the item was not equipped. — WHAT WE DID — This is fixed: the game never throws away an item without a record anymore — it saves it, and if something is wrong, it keeps the item in your bag and explains why. A purchased bag and loot received while offline are protected the same way. — RETURNS — Everyone who lost items got them back by mail — with an apology and a small gift. Check your in-game mail.
