Professions: a big overhaul

We took every profession apart: every recipe, thousands of enchant combinations and gathering in every zone. — CRAFTING — Crafting the same item again no longer loses it: every crafted item goes straight to your bag. The recipe sheet shows where to get reagents and what the result gives. — ENCHANTING — An enchanting scroll can be applied without the Enchanting profession. Enchanter perk enchants require skill and use up the scroll, like regular ones. — DISENCHANTING AND GATHERING — Skill from disenchanting and salvaging grows by item color, as everywhere else. Special items (heirlooms, personal, GM-granted, bags) cannot be processed. Fishing runs on server time, gathering nodes no longer sit on top of enemies, and cloth and meat drop in the English version too.
