Transferring a hero to another account

A hero can move to another of your accounts in the same game world — for example from the account you played on before to a new account with an email. Everything recorded on the hero moves with them: level, items, gold, professions, guild. The transfer is a paid service, «Hero transfer to another account», in the Shop; the hero's owner buys it.

How to transfer: step by step

1. Take a transfer code on the account the hero moves to. In the game: Settings → Account → «Hero transfer» → «Receive a hero from another account». On the site: Account → «Receive a hero from another account». The code has 10 characters, e.g. ABCDE-23456; it is valid for one day and one use. A new code replaces the old one.
2. Sign in to the account where the hero is now and open the service. On the site: Shop → «Hero transfer to another account», choose the hero. In the game, while playing that hero: Settings → Account → «Hero transfer» → «Transfer … to another account» (or Shop → «Hero»).
3. Enter the code and press «Check». Before payment the server checks the code, a free hero slot on the receiving account and the hero — if something is wrong you see the reason and pay nothing.
4. Pay. The hero moves as soon as the payment is confirmed. The old account leaves the game; on the new one the hero appears in the hero list with a «Hero transferred» letter.

If the transfer fails after payment (the code expired or the receiving account ran out of room while you were paying), you don't pay again. A «Hero transfer paid» letter explains why. Take a new code on the receiving account, then on the hero's account open Settings → «Hero transfer» → «Transfer paid» (or Account on the site), enter the code and press «Transfer».

What moves with the hero

Level and experience, items (in bags, equipped, in the hero bank), bags, the pouch, gold, talents, the deck, professions and recipes, quests, the hero's achievements and titles, guild (a guild master stays guild master), PvP rating and history, friends and private messages, mail, auction lots and deliveries, the auction watch list, Chambers bought for this hero.

What stays on the old account

• Battle Pass premium and its rewards, cosmetics and the whole collection, pets (they belong to the account collection);
• the Shared Chest with everything in it — including items this hero put there (the code check shows how many; if the hero needs them, take them out before the transfer);
• purchased hero slots, «1 per account» items, Account coins;
• Chambers bought before 15 October for the whole account.

Heirloom items move with the hero; they can be worn if the new account has the pass premium. The hero picks their appearance again on the new account, from its collection.

When a transfer is not possible

• to the same account or to another game world — transfers only work within one world;
• to a guest account without an email — link an email on it first;
• to an account with no free hero slot;
• a hero raised with a «Hero Token», a blocked hero, or a hero signed up for an ongoing tournament (withdraw the entry or wait for the tournament to end);
• as a gift: only the hero's owner buys the transfer.

No more than 10 wrong codes per hour, otherwise code entry closes for an hour.

Also good to know

• A paid transfer can't be undone: the hero is already on the new account. To bring them back, make a new transfer.
• Paid twice (two payment windows) — the second payment does not repeat the transfer; contact support, and the administration decides on the refund.
• A hero who moved to an account does not count for «Invite a friend» — neither by level nor by login days.
