New chat and bind-on-equip items

• The chat has a new Banner look: a leather window and an embossed input field, Administration announcements on parchment with a seal (the newest one in full, the rest behind a “+N” badge), and private messages in their own row. On phones the chat text is larger, and the window no longer covers the Hero Banner. • Blue items dropped by open-world enemies and regular enemies in dungeons and raids now bind only when equipped. Until you equip one, you can sell it on the auction, trade it, mail it, or put it in the guild bank or the Shared Chest. • Auction lots show “BoE” or “binds on pickup”. Green items, loot from dungeon, raid and world bosses, and quest rewards still bind on pickup. Items you already have don’t change. • Storage: dragging a stack now moves exactly the cell you drag (20 or the remainder) between the Pouch, the Hero Bank and the Shared Chest. Previously all stacks of that item moved at once. • Crafting: next to “Creates” you can now see how many of these are already in your Pouch.
